To
Sri Narendra Modi,
Prime minister of India,
Dear Sir,
Subject: Regarding the right to Teacher MLC vote for SGT ,Language pandits & School Assistants working in Primary and Upper primary schools.
It's not fair for SGT ,language pandits & school assistants working in primary schools don't have right to vote. According to " 1950, The Representation of people act", the teachers who were teaching for primary classes aren't considered as teachers since they aren't graduated. Only SSLC secondary school learning certificate was present. The graduates were less in number.
Article 171 (C)(3) constituted in legislative council & it has right to vote 27(3)(B) section under "1950, The Representation of people act" was given only to
graduated teachers &
Same as present scenario the number of teachers working under high school level were very less even before & now PET,language pandits working in high schools have right to vote
so right to vote has to be modified even to primary school teachers based on present conditions and All the teachers from seven provincial states of India have good educational qualification too ,
So SGTF feels it's fair for them to have right to vote.
According to legislative council the provincial states of India are Bihar ,AP , Telangana,Karnataka,Uttar pradesh,Maharastra & from these 6 states.
there're 8 lakh fifty thousand people working in primary schools, which is primary teachers demand, and SGTF strongly believes that their
demands are fair enough & the demands should be addressed by making amendments to right to vote 27 (B) section under 1950 The Representation of people act .
So we kindly request legislative members to approve.
Thanking you sir,
Yours sincerely,
Govt./ZP/MP/Municipal
Teachers,
Andhra Pradesh.
